so i am really looking forward to christmas...which reminded me of a christmas past.
when zoe and i made these amazing ice cream sandwiches VVV

they were homemade ginger cookies with....some sort of ice cream. and they were AHMAZING.

cant wait for the holiday baking craze to kick in this year :)
